Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• Limited stock availability

• Pricing or product information errors

• Concerns identified by our credit and fraud prevention team

Customized Orders: Please be aware that for any order requiring custom tailoring or bespoke modifications, the production process begins immediately. Once a customized order enters the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We may request additional information or verification before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified accordingly.

Delivery Timeliness & External Circumstances

We strive to dispatch orders promptly. However, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier service disruptions, or external factors completely beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, severe weather, or transportation strikes).

Please note: If any such external circumstances arise that cause delays in delivery or fulfillment, Irtida Royal Atelier shall not be held liable, and such delays will not qualify for order cancellation or refunds. If delays do arise, customers will be informed accordingly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our international clients.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Irtida Royal Atelier ships all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

• No Hidden Fees: We cover all import duties, customs fees, and tariffs associated with your order before it leaves our atelier.

• Hassle-Free Delivery: You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery. The total amount paid at checkout is the final cost.

Exchange Policy

At Irtida Royal Atelier, we take great care in quality-checking every item before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a product with a genuine defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return for a defective item, kindly email our team with your order details and clear photos highlighting the issue. Once approved, you will be guided through the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated address in Pakistan.

Please note that exchanges or refunds are only offered in cases of verified defects. As stated in our Order Acceptance policy, customized orders are final and non-refundable once they have entered the processing stage. We do not accommodate size changes, colour preferences, or general return requests unless there is a clear fault in the product. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Price and Content Information

We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed for incorrectly listed items.

Care Instructions

All our garments are designed for dry clean only. Handwashing, machine washing, or using alternative cleaning methods may damage the fabric and is not recommended. Irtida Royal Atelier will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper care and such items will not qualify for return or exchange.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. At Irtida Royal Atelier, we are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. All data collected through our website—including your name, contact details, and payment information—is used solely for order processing, customer support, and enhancing your shopping experience.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, except where required for order fulfillment (e.g., courier services) or as mandated by law. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
