Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our atelier within 1-2 working days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note that our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.

Shipping within Pakistan

We are pleased to offer complimentary Express Shipping on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

  • Shipping Cost: Free

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using premium express services to bring Irtida Royal Atelier to you, wherever you are.

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
