Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Irtida Royal Atelier, we are dedicated to delivering your exquisite pieces with the speed and care they deserve. We exclusively use premium express shipping for all orders to ensure a swift and secure delivery to your doorstep.

Dispatch & Processing Times

To ensure transparency, the estimated dispatch date is listed on every individual product page. Generally, our processing times are as follows:

• Ready-to-Wear: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Formal Wear & Made-to-Order: These pieces require intricate craftsmanship and are dispatched within 2–4 weeks.

• Customization Note: If your order includes personalized customizations or bespoke alterations, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks on top of the standard dispatch timelines listed above. We appreciate your patience as our artisans dedicate extra time to ensure your piece is tailored to perfection.

Please note: Our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.

International Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using premium express services. Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• UK & Europe: 3–5 working days

• North America: 5–7 working days

• Rest of World: 5–7 working days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes We strive to offer a seamless delivery experience. While most of our international items are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, please be aware of the following courier-specific terms:

• Standard Express Shipments (DDP): For most orders, all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are paid by Irtida Royal Atelier before the item is shipped. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery, and the price you see at checkout is final.

• DHL Express Shipments (Exception): Please note that we do not cover import fees, duties, or taxes if your parcel is shipped via DHL Express. For orders dispatched using DHL Express, the customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable local import charges or customs fees upon arrival.

Shipping within Pakistan

We are pleased to offer complimentary Express Shipping on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

• Shipping Cost: Free

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to arrive.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through the courier's website.

Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

• Potential Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or peak festive seasons.
